About Jodi

As a native Georgian and Atlanta resident for over 20 years, Jodi Patterson’s knowledge of the metro Atlanta Real Estate market is hard to beat. Jodi grew up in Middle Georgia about an hour from Atlanta but spent much of her childhood visiting family, shopping and dreaming of living in metro Atlanta. She has lived in a rural, small town of middle Georgia, a cul-de-sac community in the suburbs of Duluth, GA, a highrise in Midtown Atlanta, a historic home in Grant Park, a log home in the North Georgia mountain town of Jasper, Park City, Utah & Anderson, SC. To say that Jodi completely understands various styles and types of Real Estate is an understatement. After graduating High School in Zebulon, GA, Jodi attended college at the University of Georgia where she graduated Cum Laude and earned a BBA from the Terry College of Business in Marketing/Sales. Jodi worked in Corporate America Management for Pepsi Co/Taco Bell Corporation and in Claims and Human Resources for State Farm Insurance. She has been a leader in the Atlanta Real Estate market for 18 years. Jodi has won numerous awards from her office, Company and Board of Realtors. She was awarded the Phoenix Lifetime Achievement Award from the Atlanta Board of Realtors in 2017. Throughout her career, she has remained as one of the top agents and Real Estate teams in metro Atlanta.
